At CPAC, we focus on offering a wide variety of physical activity programming that will help the community gain the knowledge and skills necessary to be active for life. We apply sport for development practices by using physical activity and sports to help our community members reach their full potential. We also develop our participants’ fundamental movement skills (throwing, catching, kicking, etc.) so they can be confident in their ability to engage in physical activity. Due to the generosity of our supporters, all CPAC programs (including customized programs) are offered for FREE to the community.

Programs are led by Wilfrid Laurier University’s Kinesiology and Physical Education students who are trained and highly qualified, have obtained a Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and have experience teaching and coaching youth in physical activity.
